Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an individual who is willing to work in a fast-paced high-energy work environment. We need a team player with a positive attitude. This is an ideal position for someone that has mid - senior level experience as a Automotive Detailer must know how to clean upholstery and carpet stains must know how to color sand paint buff vehicle surfaces restore headlights and perform lite paint touch-ups if needed. If hired please bring your own buffer and any equipment you are familiar working with.
Compensation: Flat rate hourly/ $45000 average annual income (paid by the piece starting at $41.00 for dealer cars in addition to customer cars)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Clean wax polish internalused. reconas well as old and blackvehicles
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment
- Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Hardworking personality shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a Detailer
- 2-3 years buffing experience
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid AZ drivers license and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
