Cascade AIDS Project is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Aging Well Program Assistant. The Aging Well Program Assistant will support the Manager of Aging Well Programming program staff volunteers at Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) and community partners in delivering initiatives that enhance the wellbeing of older adults living with or affected by HIV. The role focuses on reducing stigma combating isolation and fostering social connection among participants their families and professionals in the field.
This is a Full-Time role working at our Davis St. location in the Old Town area of Portland OR. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. We offer a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office 2 days work from home. This schedule is dependent on client needs and may require you to be in office more.
Starting pay is $23.34 an hour which is equivalent to just over $48547 a year. The Aging Well Program Assistants pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $27.19. This is a union represented position so the compensation benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained and none negotiable.
