Job Description
Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge ON you will work closely with the management team.

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday - Tuesday (including weekends)
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
- Plan the effective management of daily operations.
- Organize the receiving shelving picking and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
- Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- Related warehouse/distribution experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
- Ability to identify various projects for improving the facility and related systems.
