The Onboarding Technical Consultant II (OTC II) is a passionate process-focused professional competent in the entire suite of Toast Products. Their primary role on the OTC team is to oversee execution & administration of the internal escalation queue and aid the team in driving forward initiatives that improve our processes and the customer journey.
OTCs are expected to work semi-autonomously under a team manager and must be able to self-manage and self-prioritise their workload and cases based on customer need and Toast requirements.
