Your Contribution:
Post and Reconcile Transactions:Accurately record and reconcile bank account transactions to ensure seamless account management.
Customer Account Management:Perform customer account reconciliations and collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Dunning Runs:Prepare and execute system-supported dunning runs to streamline our collections process and maintain positive cash flow.
Payment Execution:Manage manual payments and automated payment runs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Customer Queries:Address queries from internal and external customers ensuring excellent service and support.
What You Bring:
Educational Background:A degree or relevant qualification in accounting.
Experience: Proven track of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable.
Language Proficiency:Fluency in English and another European language (preferably German).
Technical Skills:Strong MS Office skills especially in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO is a plus.
Detail-Oriented:Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines; effectively manage workloads by planning organizing and adapting to changes.
