JOBDESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under close supervisionlearn to fabricate fit modify and install lining (headliners sidewallsdados etc.) systems as well as other similar accessories on VIP aircraft.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
to fabricate fit modify and install aircraft lining
90 days you must be able to interpret material specs and engineering drawingsto ensure installed interiors meet the design spec quality standards andcustomer expectations.
request material needs timely to ensure a continuous workflow.
90 days you must be able to ensure all regulatory documentation is compliedwith and completed in accordance with the Comlux RSQM and otherinternal/external quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION EXPERIENCE LICENSES ETC
Diploma or GED. Relevant trade school attendance is a plus.
of the Interior Installation process as it specifically relates tothe corporate aviation industry in a completions environment.
3.1years Interior Install experience preferably in the corporate aviationcompletion environment.
read write speak and understand the English language.
read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS ANDABILITIES:
1.Basic knowledge andwillingness to learn all aspects of the lining installation process.
2.Willingness to obtainknowledge of the RSQM and FAA requirements as it relates to lininginstallation.
3.Working knowledge ofcomputers and related software utilized by Comlux.
4.Willingness to obtainworking knowledge of lean or other continuous improvement opportunitytechniques.
5.Ability to communicatein an assertive yet professional motivating and tactful manner.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:The location where this position works is in an aircrafthangar environment which could be subject to weather changes and is subject toconstant exposure to loud noise potential contact with hazardous wastematerial heavy machinery and other safety hazards such as cabinets etc.

Comlux shall periodicallyreview your performance and ability to perform each of the essential functionsof your position identified above prior to the expiration of the probationaryperiod. If you fail to pass the performance review or display behavioralissues or fail to meet expectations for reporting to work on time as scheduledyou shall be considered as having failed to qualify for continued employmentduring the probationary period in which case Comlux shall be entitled toimmediately terminate your employment.
