About the Role:
We are seeking a Plumbing Electrical Hardware Clerk to join our team at Farm & Home Hardware in Ashland OH. This role will involve assisting customers with their plumbing electrical and hardware needs providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing plumbing electrical and hardware products
- Provide product recommendations and advice based on customer needs
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Receive and stock inventory as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or hardware store environment
- Knowledge of plumbing electrical and hardware products and terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent
