FriendlyAcura is looking for an experienced part time Parts Counter Person. Must be able to work Saturdays!
Description of the role:
This position at Friendly Acura of Middletown entails assisting customers in finding and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a parts department and a strong understanding of different car parts and their functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles
- Handle incoming parts inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Process payments and maintain records of transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a parts department
- Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
