Job Description
- High School Diploma Required
- Associates Degree from an accredited university preferred
- Valid Texas Drivers License and a record that meets the Districts standard required
- Two years or more of indirect experience
- Written and Oral Communications Skills
- Computer & Technical Literacy
- Flexibility / Adaptability
- Hard-Working
- Reliability
- Maintain vehicle licenses and titles.
- Process registration renewal.
- Maintenance fleet inventory.
- Process online purchases for shop operations and follow district guidelines governing purchase procedures.
- Work with payroll and other district staff to ensure proper payment of employees.
- Maintains data entry related to fleet maintenance software.
- Prepare letter memos and/or schedule meetings.
- Invoice fuel and work order cost to assigned customers.
- Maintain and provide required reports to the Director of Fleet Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
