You Role at Baxter

The Training Content Development Specialist/Analyst Content Development will work across Baxters Medical Products and Therapies (MPT) and Healthcare Systems and Technologies (HST) business segments to create training programs ensuring all team members have the foundational technical and developmental training needed to thrive! This is where we work together to achieve results!

What Youll Do:

  • Collaborate with authorities in different departments to build training materials while determining project priorities alongside Product Enablement Managers
  • Create training content for both customer and internal training delivery methods digital adoption walkthroughs and resources for knowledge centers
  • Design develop and implement effective training programs to support the product training needs of the Global Technical Services organization
  • Support training development initiatives for program creation following the Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluate phases (ADDIE)
  • Partner with managers to communicate the implementation of training programs appropriately to business segment leaders upon launch
  • Identify safety considerations and content for inclusion in products/training
  • Assist development of product training (eLearning Instructor-led training (ILT) and train-the-trainer
  • Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with service engineering partners and keep partners advised on project progress and status
  • Open to travel based on business needs

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in an instructional design/learning design or related field required
  • 2 years of demonstrated success performing instructional design concepts and tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Creative Suite Vyond etc.
  • Knowledge of web standards and web browser compatibility across desktop tablet and mobile environments
  • Experience creating highly technical training materials a plus
  • Experience using media-related authoring tools (video/imagery/text)
  • Ability to drive team environments using peer-to-peer collaboration skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities as well as excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Proficient presentation skills and the capacity to communicate effectively in group settings
  • Experience using training technologies and is comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite of products

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64000 - $88000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
