We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Northeast Zone Healthcare Leader. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a geographic industry or product line sales practice across a territory ensuring accountability for sales goals.
  • Identify maintain and expand a book of business for high-yield high-risk large accounts potentially with personal sales targets.
  • Contribute to top-level decision-making regarding the performance and development of the sales strategy leveraging experience with complex accounts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales techniques for large accounts providing insights on best practices product solutions and negotiation tactics.
  • Oversee account proposals and sales efforts to ensure financially beneficial outcomes driving sales metrics and addressing underperforming areas.

  • Proven experience in managing sales practices across territories or industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-risk accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to report and present to senior-level colleagues.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and development within a sales function.
