Job Description

Job Title: Certified Automotive Service Technician

Location: Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett Bartlett TN

Job Type: Full-Time

At Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett were more than just a dealership were a trusted automotive partner for our community and a rewarding workplace for our team. Were currently seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician who is passionate about quality repairs customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do:

Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on Chevrolet and other vehicles.

Accurately document services performed and maintain service records.

Collaborate with service advisors to communicate customer needs and repair status.

Follow manufacturer guidelines and utilize OEM diagnostic tools and software.

Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.

Stay current on training and certifications through GM programs and ASE.

What Were Looking For:

GM or ASE Certification(s) required (Level 1 preferred).

10 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.

Familiarity with GM diagnostic tools (GDS2 Techline Connect) a plus.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
