Job Title: PRT Teacher

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to enhance student comprehension and retention.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and competencies.
- Adapt lessons based on student feedback and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of respect and collaboration among students.
- Manage classroom behaviors and implement discipline strategies effectively.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to align curriculum and teaching practices.
- Incorporate technology into the classroom to support learning objectives.
- Organize extracurricular activities to promote student interests and talents.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in teaching practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Teaching certification as per Indian education standards.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a PRT role.
- Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new teaching methods.
