Property Management Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Front Apartments. This position will work within a maintenance team to assist with work orders turnover apartments and other duties as assigned. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- Grounds/landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical plumbing HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- On-Call Rotation.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
- Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED
