We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Syracuse NY. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Supervise all branch;salesadministrative and service personnel.
- Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
- Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
- Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaesers operational guidelines.
- Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidates background will include:
- HS Diploma (required) College degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years management experience preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
- The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business
- Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales service and office staff.
- Clean driving record (required)
- Computer skills (required)
- SAP experience A PLUS!
We offer a competitive salary ($135000-$175000 to commensurate with experience) benefit package to include medical dental vision 401k matching and profit sharing company provided vehicle and cell phone allowance.
