JOB STATUS:Non-Exempt
PAY:$20-23/hr based on experience and skills
REPORTS TO:Help Desk Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Information Systems Technician to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in IT to gain hands-on experience while supporting our organizations technology infrastructure and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for helping others with technology issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Provide technical support via phone email ticketing systems and some in-person assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers printers and mobile devices
- Assist with password resets and user account management
- Document support requests in ticketing system
- Perform basic Windows PC maintenance and software installations
- Provide user training on applications and IT policies
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Skills and Knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years IT support experience
- Experience with ticketing systems
