Operations & Dispatch part of Connected Aviation inside Collins Aerospace has a suite of applications that service the Commercial and Business Aviation industries. Weve built the worlds leading business aviation software platform servicing over half of the business aviation market providing a one-stop-shop for BizAv customers that handles their planning scheduling and connectivity needs. Weve also built a suite of flagship messaging products that service a large part of the Commercial Aviation market.
Operations & Dispatch Engineering consists of teams that develop and deliver an array of services powering its products. These teams tackle a broad set of technologies and solve challenging technical and product problems daily. From collecting and interpreting aviation datasets to enriching them with procedural solutions and delivering them through APIs web interfaces and mobile products our engineers work in a dynamic environment that tests their ability to achieve the companys vision.
Were seeking a talented engineering leader to head this organization within Collins Aerospace. In this role youll provide leadership technical guidance and product vision to an organization of teams and engineering managers. Youll be responsible for organization building delegation service architecture and reliability customer satisfaction hiring retention and driving results across a large org. Youll also work closely with senior organizational leaders across Sales Marketing Product Program Customer Service and more to align engineering priorities with business goals.

The salary range for this role is 162000 USD - 326000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
