Pizza Line Cook (evenings) HILTON GARDEN INN
Location: Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront

Core Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and/or recipes provided by supervisor
- Observe cleanliness of kitchen floor at all times mopping and sweeping
- Observe safety procedures at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Prepare all salads appetizers and grilled items to order
- Work closely with the front of the house staff and management to ensure delivery of consistent menu items
- Take ownership from production to the final delivery of the end product
- Continually exceed expectations of guests
- Responsible for setting up station and stocking up station for shift
Qualifications:

- Requires working knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to adapt to changes in new menu items and cooking techniques
- Must have the ability to complete multiple tasks/heavy volume under time constraints
- Must have experience with making and working with pizza dough
- Ability to obtain Food Handling and Sanitation Certification within four weeks of hire
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
