What will your job look like
The Part Time On- Call Eligibility Assistant (EA) will be called in to cover shifts when a full-time EA is out of the office. Provides daily administrative support to the Program Director Operations Manager Mobility Assessment Evaluators and ADA Assessment staff. Duties include general clerical data entry receptionist and administrative support.
This position sits in our Denver CO Assessment office for Access-A-Ride (Denver Regional Transit District). The position is designated as on-call which means 8-16 hours/month but also helps cover hours if a full time employee is out.

What youll do:
- Ensure all Applicants documents are complete naming the documents accordingly and attach to the appropriate case
- Assist Applicants with completing incomplete documents
- Scan ADA applications interview guides and other documents into the Applicants case in MTM Access
- Maintain program spreadsheets and reports
- Send required information to partner programs such as paratransit provider application mailer and photo ID creator
- Assist with conducting follow-up phone calls
- Enter all contact information is entered into appropriate software system
- Take applicant photo
- Maintain schedule for Interviews and Functional Assessments
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations
- Provide general office and administrative support:
- Provide comprehensive reception coverage while maintaining a high level of professionalism including greeting staff and visitors
- Create mailings for appointment reminders and eligibility expiration notification
- Create packets letters & copies as needed
- Enter all mailed information and dates into appropriate software system; Check fax machine regularly; deliver faxes to the appropriate person/department with special attention to urgent faxes; process all outgoing & incoming mail and date stamp if needed
- Anticipate needed supplies and order replacement supplies in a timely manner
- Manage the filing system and document scanning system to ensure they are maintained and up-to-date electronically
- Review recertification files and other required files
- Conduct marking and tethering duties as needed
- Report promptly any complaints or unusual circumstances that may arise to Management
- Manage all office equipment including printers and photocopier
- Maintain vendor files monitor service and recommend alternative suppliers as appropriate
- Serve as contact for all office machines building maintenance equipment maintenance and other vendor services as required
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Employees Supervisors other agencies participants external partners and the general public
- Communicate professionally with Senior Leaders internally and externally
- Adhere to all MTM established protocols and policies
What youll need:
Experience Education & Certifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Experience following specific instructions
- Experience scanning uploading and copying documents
Skills:
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Project a professional image of MTM
- Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook Word & Excel
- Ability to learn additional software
- Exemplary communication and phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify with customer needs and circumstances
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and situations

Part Time hourly rate of $18.81/hr
