What Youll Need to Succeed:
- EPA Type 1
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification a plus but no required.
- At least two years of onsite hands-on experience.
- A minimum of one year as a Maintenance Technician.
- A valid drivers license.
- The ability to go through an extensive pre-employment background check and drug screening.

ExperienceThe EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician.
As a Maintenance Technician you will maintain buildings andancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the MaintenanceDepartmentandmeetingthe needsof ourresidentsandstaff.
Responsibilities
- Implementpreventativemaintenancesafetyandgoodhousekeeping practices.
- Inspectandmaintainthepropertybuildingsandequipment.
- Organizeprioritizeandpromptly complete unit make-readies service requests and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds buildings and units are fully functional safeandattractive.
- Performminorrepairsonunits appliances floors walls cabinets doors and fixtures.
- Followallsafetyproceduresincludingwearingsafetyandprotectiveclothing.
- Maintain inventories of supplies tools and equipment needed for repairs.
Qualifications
- One-year maintenance experience in property management or a related field
- Possession of minimum tools required
- Ability to be availableoncall24hoursseven days a week
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Drivers License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check Non-DOT Testing MVR

- Midland TX; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
