Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Leeds Thorpe Park Hybrid working.

As Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for providing an accounts payment service to several legal entities covering the payment of supplier invoicing plus colleague T&E reimbursement.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices both in GBP and EUR
• Producing weekly payment runs ensuring all entries are valid accurate and complete
• Seeking out and implementing improvements in the way we work together within our Accounts Payable team
• Be a subject matter expert for all things Accounts Payable and P2P
• Build key relationships with colleagues both within our finance function and the wider business
• Liaising closely with our external suppliers

What we need from you:

• Experience of working within transactional finance team including Accounts Payable
• Experience dealing with international suppliers and invoices
• Experience or working knowledge of COUPA/Oracle is desirable
• Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
