Job Description
We are looking for a Mail Clerk Lead- Day Shift who will:
Manage workload to meet contractual SLAs.
Monitor machine performance throughout the shift and provide detailed updates.
Ensure that all policies and procedures (special job handlings) are being followed and notify manager regarding deviations and or action needed to resolve the deviation.
Monitor Mail Clerk performance throughout the month and provide feedback if an employee is not meeting benchmark standards. Will assist the manager with training and coaching team members to success.

Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM - 6PM including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
12- hour Rotating Work Schedule Example: Work 2 days then you get the next 2 days off. Then work the following 3 days then you get the next 2 days off.
Are willing to work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed and serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of the pulse machines meter machine and all functions assigned to the department.
Can assume a lead role in the success of the department i.e. advise on new products for the department and properly troubleshoot machine problems and notify technicians as needed.
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
Proficient in English in a business environment.
Can successfully pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Position Pay Range:
$20.35-$32.56This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
