About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborativeSupervising Psychiatrist to join our growing team. In this role youll provide direct clinical care and help shape the future of psychiatry at Two Chairs. Youll supervise and mentor advanced practice providers (APPs) to ensure excellent ethical and measurement-based care across the team.
What makes this role unique The Supervising Psychiatrist will treat patients and supervise and support advanced practice providers such as nurse practitioners (NPs) or physician assistants (PAs) including reviewing their cases and treatment plans assisting them in handling complex or crisis situations and ensuring clinical quality and adherence to best practices.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a part-time exempt position with a flexible schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week based on the candidates availability and interest. Compensation is based on an hourly rate that varies by geographic zone and ranges from $145 to $200 per hour depending on location qualifications and experience.
Location-based Pay Zones
