Assist with identifying recruiting and maintaining an appropriate caseload of families for the HIPPY Program
Meet with assigned HIPPY parents on a weekly basis by conducting home visits with each family to role play the HIPPY curriculum and revisit families according to need
Attend mandatory weekly training of the HIPPY curriculum
Assist in the preparation provision and clean-up of parent group meetings at participating campuses as assigned by program staff and participate in all regular HIPPY activities (i.e. Field trips celebrations trainings etc.)
Refer appropriate families in need of information/assistance to the HIPPY Coordinator for evaluation and social services referrals as needed
Maintain family files with current and accurate information at all times
Enter data into the required database to comply with District funders and HIPPY USA requirements
Submit all required reports and documentation on a timely manner
Participate in staff development as deemed necessary by the District HIPPY USA for the purpose of personal and professional growth
Perform other duties as requested by the HIPPY specialist Hippy coordinator and Hippy director
Perform all duties relating to the Title I Part A grant at 100%
