Your Contribution:
- Document software defects using a defect tracking system and report defects to software developers.
- Identify analyze and document problems with program function workflow output content to ensure compliance with the requirements.
- Create maintain and execute test plans and test cases.
- Setup environment to allow testing of software.
- Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy compliance completeness and mitigate any identified risks.
- Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development such as Scrum.
- Provide 3rd level production support of existing applications.
- The QA analyst will need to respond quickly to critical issues and may be required to provide support after hours.
Your Qualification:
- Associates degreein Information Systems Computer Science or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
- 3-5 years of quality assurance experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of X12 is preferred.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Results driven and clear commitment to measurable results.
- Superior analysis skills required.
- Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Very organized able to prioritize tasks and provide accurate work estimates.
- Responsive to client and company requests.
