Salary range:
$101051 to $106715 per annum 13.5% superannuation.

You will also receive the commuter rights of a motor vehicle.

About the role

This role will coordinate the strategic and operational management of Council Buildings ensuring efficient facility performance proactive maintenance and long-term asset planning. Oversee contractors manage projects and deliver expert support to internal and external clients.

Role accountabilities include:

  • Conduct Asset condition assessments and inspections to inform risk-based maintenance planning and prioritisation.
  • Support the development and implementation of building asset management strategies including contributions to the Citys Building Asset Management Plan
  • Manage minor capital works projects including scoping design procurement and contractor supervision to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering annual budgets and works programs for building maintenance renewals and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while proactively managing risks and aligning asset management practices with Council objectives and industry standards.
