Job Description
Position:Learning and Talent Development Intern
Location: Columbus Ohio
Pay Range:$19 - $22 per hour
Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Fall 2025 term (September December). When you join Superior you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns leadership training career prep unique jobsite visits and beyond.
Under the guidance of our Learning and Talent Development team youll work with departments across the organization to develop training materials and programs. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Help support various forms of onboarding orientation and skills training for Superior employees
- Assist with maintaining records of completed training and development activities attendance assessments and re-training requirements
- Support leadership program management and help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide basic technical support and customer service to Superior team members
- Collaborate with project team subject matter experts to identify training opportunities
- Help support with learning initiatives aligned with department career pathways
- Assist with deploying online content and coordinating in-person training
- Support construction and safety training efforts
- Help create visual audio and interactive learning tools
- Assist with designing content to optimize learning outcomes
- Youre a great communicator a team player and ready to work with colleagues across different teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for talent development
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
- Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Graphic Digital Instructional Design or related field
