Spreetail is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support our people-first culture through seamless HR operations and employee support. This role is based five days per week in either our Hutchins Texas Greenwood Indiana or Lincoln Nebraska fulfillment centers.
As an HR Coordinator youll be responsible for managing employee records supporting onboarding and payroll processes responding to HR inquiries and helping to drive engagement activities across the team. Were looking for someone who is organized detail-oriented and proactiveready to make an impact and grow their HR career in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
This role requires on-site presence at our fulfillment center five days a week and is not eligible for the Work Your Way program.
How you will achieve success:
Maintain accurate employee records HRIS data and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Process new hires terminations and status changes in partnership with HR Payroll and Operations teams.
Coordinate onboarding for full-time and temporary employees and support employee communications and engagement initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries troubleshooting IT issues guiding on PTO and supporting timesheet and payroll accuracy.
Assist with HR reporting investigations meeting coordination and general administrative support across multiple locations.
What experiences will help you in this role:
12 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role; experience in warehouse manufacturing or operations environments preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS timekeeping or ticketing systems is a plus.
$19 - $25 an hour
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19/hour to $25/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company.
