As a Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and upholding the Starbucks mission of inspiring and nurturing the human spiritone person one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality presentation and customer service are consistently met and exceeded.
- Assist the store manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures inventory management and cash handling.
- Train and develop baristas to deliver legendary customer service product knowledge and beverage preparation techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and concerns resolving issues to ensure a delightful Starbucks experience.
- Uphold Starbucks brand values and operational procedures ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Contribute to a clean safe and organized store environment adhering to health and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous supervisory experience in the food service retail or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and an appreciation for the Starbucks brand and culture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
