OVERVIEW Integrity Communications Solutions Inc. is seeking a Engineer V - Corporate Systems Engineer to support our growing team. This role provides advanced systems engineering expertise in support of critical mission initiatives. The Corporate Systems Engineer will contribute to the design development integration and operational support of mission planning applications. This position requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams a solid understanding of operational and user needs and the ability to develop effective engineering solutions that enhance system performance and mission effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings experience in SATCOM systems engineering or operations a strong work ethic and a drive to contribute to innovative mission capabilities in a dynamic agile development environment. Due to the nature of this work an active or eligible security clearance and onsite presence are required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.
10 years of experiencein systems engineering or space operations (satellite or ground systems focus preferred).
Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
Experience with system architecture design hardware/software interface definition and technical documentation.
Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T NMT).
Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems telemetry and command & control operations.
Expertise in cross-mission program collaboration system test planning and digital twin development.
Certification in systems engineering (e.g. INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the design development integration testing and operational support for space systems terminals and ground stations.
Lead complex engineering projects collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring the ground systems meet stringent performance reliability and security standards.
Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle including requirements development system design integration testing deployment and operational maintenance.
Define and document system architectures requirements and interface control documents.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve programmatic technical and mission assurance challenges.
Conduct technical analysis to support system integration verification and validation.
Support ground architecture design acquisition strategies and operational mission planning.
Develop execution plans for system test strategies risk management and digital engineering activities.
Engage in technical discussions status reporting and decision-making with Prime Contractorand Government leadership.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range:$125000-$150000annually (based on experience and qualifications)
