Job Description

We seek a dynamic Recruiter (Junior)who is passionate about high-volume recruiting and wants to deliver an outstanding candidate experience for our Dallas office in the Oaklawn area.

The Job:

  • Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
  • High-Volume: You will make consistent calls daily screening candidates and setting them up for interviews.
  • Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily in person updating them on job requisitions and candidates.
  • Offers: You will work with the HR team to create offers and make offers to candidates.

  • The desire to comply listen and learn our processes.
  • Operate with high urgency dependability confidentiality and drive for success.
  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize requisitions according to requested needs.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting within a high-volumeenvironment.
  • Law firm recruiting experience a plus.
  • Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Teams).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legal industry knowledge is a plus but not a must.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferredfor this role but not required.

Total Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary (Base Bonus Structure) Depending on experience
