Job Description

My Equity Comp is seeking an experienced and analytical Client Success Manager to join our team and work for one of the leading equity compensation firms in the industry. The Client Success Manager is a leader who excels in critical thinking sales and relationship management and is excited to continue a career path in the Equity Compensation world. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be exceptionally smart analytical and solution-oriented. This job is not a monotonous 9-5 job but more of a challenging (in a fun keep you on your toes kind of way) rewarding career. We are looking for an experienced professional to assist MECs efforts to grow various business lines and to help drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


All necessary training on My Equity Comp policies and procedures will be provided.

The Position


Sales Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to clients and lead inquiries/emails promptly
  • Prepare proposals contracts (MSAs SOWs) and other necessary documents
  • Follow up on sales leads at all stages
  • Understand and communicate MECs service offerings and run discovery calls
Relationship Management Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle renewal notifications emails and contract amendments
  • Attend and actively participate in client calls and meetings scheduling as needed
  • Conduct client business reviews for feedback and improvement opportunities
  • Pursue identified cross selling and upselling opportunities for MECs services
General Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM systems for accurate data entry
  • Handle general departmental administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients for information dissemination and requests
  • Support the Advocate Program including surveys and testimonials
  • Assist in marketing efforts including content creation and distribution
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Industry knowledge must be proficient in & understandequity comp terminology
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and sales deadlines
  • Analytical and Solution-Oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive and Independent Workerwith the ability to lead
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and be comfortable selling to senior executives/decision-makers
  • Ability to interact with internal departments and clients by email/phone/video
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelors degree (preferred)
  • CEP (preferred)
  • Knowledge of NetSuite a plus

Salary & Benefits

Pay range: $70k - $120k. Salary commensurate with experience

Full benefits package including annual company cash bonus Medical Dental Vision 401K with match paid vacation and sick time.

Schedule -Remote

Full-time MondayFriday 8:00 am -5:00 pm/9:00 am -6:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) with flexibility
