ROLE SUMMARY:
Opening this Fall Delilah Dallas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to support in-venue leadership and uphold The Groups high standards for service professionalism and team performance. The ideal candidate is energetic detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They should be highly organized skilled at multitasking and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
We will begin interviewing the last week of July.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain updated cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with in-venue management.
- Maintain inventory control and receiving all liquor and related supplies in conjunction with in-venue management.
- Coordinate all weekly ordering in consultation with management.
- Lead all new hire beverage training in consultation with in-venue managers.
- Ensure compliance of all local state and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and bar equipment.
- Assist in cocktail development for seasonal and trend changes.
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial efficient and professional manner maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Recognize areas for improvement and offer positive solutions for change.
- Handling cash credit and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons balancing the cash register.
- Perform all opening and closing duties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Attend monthly meetings with beverage director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift often up to 8 hours with frequent bending squatting and lifting.
- Must be 21years of age.
