Formed in 2013 as a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) LivCor specializes in multifamily properties throughout the U.S. LivCor oversees a portfolio of over 400 class A and B multifamily properties comprising more than 150000 units located in primary secondary and tertiary markets across the US.
LivCor is seeking anAnalyst Real Estate Portfolio Insightsto join our dynamic Insights team. You will be responsible for analyzing and communicating key operating and performance trends to both senior LivCor leadership teams and to Blackstone Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of financial modeling comfort working with large datasets and the ability to communicate key financial and operational trends to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for conducting portfolio analysis assisting with the creation of quarter Board Meeting materials and addressing both recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.

What you will do:
Build and maintain financial models to address regular and ad hoc report or data requests
Assist in the preparation and creation of quarterly board meeting materials
Gather data from various sources and internal teams to provide actionable insights to decision makers
Synthesize cleanse and monitor financial operating and portfolio data received from various internal teams
Develop and manage processes to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement and to assist in implementing solutions
Become a specialist in extracting and summarizing various third-party research and industry data
What you should have:
1-3 years experience in Finance Accounting Data & Analytics or other related field
Proficient experience working with Excel (Advanced Formulas) and PowerPoint
A strong work ethic to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment and ability to meet critical deadlines with a keen focus on attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
A love for solving problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
A natural curiosity and passion for solving problems with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.

Base Compensation Range:
$75000.00 To $83000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
