Human Resources Director
All States Ag Parts is seeking a strategic hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve our HR functions. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources youll oversee all aspects of HRincluding compliance payroll employee relations talent strategy and leadership developmentacross a multi-state workforce.
This is a critical leadership role ideal for a business-minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and is passionate about building strong people systems culture and results.
Location: Hudson WI (On-site with some hybrid flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a growing HR team supporting 700 employees across multiple states
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations compensation benefits and compliance
- Manage companywide education objectives
- Help shape talent strategy and workforce planning
- Guide leadership development succession planning and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Enhance onboarding engagement and retention strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and business units
- Assist and Manage HR Team with daily and project work around onboarding
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (SHRM or HRCI certifications a plus)
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience ideally in a multi-site multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law benefits and HR systems (desired ADP WorkForce experience)
- Experience leading teams and managing change
- Proven ability to balance strategy and execution in a growing company
- Excellent interpersonal coaching and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task strong attention to detail and Excel skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and confidential records.
- Ability to use tact and good judgment in dealing with employees vendors and customers.
