Job Description
Job Title: Traveling Concrete Laborer/Finisher
Location: Nationwide Travel (HQ based out of Waverly NE)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Based on Experience (Per Diem $130/day paid weekly)

As we continue to grow were looking for skilled Concrete Finishers/Laborers who are willing to travel and take pride in their craft.
Job Summary:
The Traveling Concrete Finisher/Laborer will be responsible for placing finishing protecting and repairing concrete on various job sites throughout the country. This position requires flexibility a strong work ethic and experience in a variety of concrete techniques and finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set forms pour level and finish concrete for slabs walls footings and more.
- Use tools such as trowels floats screeds and power trowels.
- Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve desired strength and durability.
- Read and follow blueprints site plans and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members.
- Travel to job sites as needed (Full-time travel 6 weeks at a time).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a concrete finisher.
- Proficient in hand and power finishing tools.
- Willing and able to travel for extended periods.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Experience with commercial/industrial concrete projects.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
