As a Senior Sourcing Commodity Manager you will lead negotiations with trusted suppliers securing the best contractual terms while meeting the needs of internal teams. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Definesupplier strategies including the management and optimization of supplier panels for the Unison C Parts Commodity.
- Leadnegotiations and allocate procurement needs to specific suppliers ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Transmitnegotiated terms and conditions to Procurement and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Managesupplier claims and resolve issues to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Performcommercial sourcing activities such as data analysis negotiation support and purchasing tasks as needed.
- Overseea small to medium-sized team of professionals leveraging specialized expertise to drive results.
- Influencethe development of strategy within the sourcing function including resource allocation and policy formulation.
- Leadfunctional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements risk and complexity.
- Communicatecomplex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders to consider alternative perspectives.
- Advisemanagement on functional and business decisions providing evaluative judgment to achieve objectives.
- Assessthe quality of information provided and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in Sourcing and/or Supply Chain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing and/or Supply Chain.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
