About You:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
7 years of hands-on software development experience including at least oneend-to-end Workday implementation
Deep expertise inWorkday Core HCM(must-have) with functional and technical knowledge across:

Proficient in Workday technical tools and frameworks:

Proven experience developing and maintainingcustom applications integrated with Workday or similar HR platforms
Solid foundation inopen-source technologiesincluding:
Java Spring Boot Kafka/Event-driven architectures PostgreSQL
Demonstrated expertise in:
Buildingscalable distributed systems
End-to-end solution design across products or platforms
System capacity performance and operational optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills:
Effectively partners with cross-functional teams (Product HR Security Architecture)
Comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions
Proactive in learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
Familiarity with Workday security model audits and integration governance is a plus
Responsibilities:
Serve as theWorkday engineering leadforHR product areas with deep understanding of related modules and use cases
Design build and maintain scalable Workday solutionsincluding reports integrations configurations and extensions
Lead the development ofcustom HR applicationsusing modern tech stacks integrated with Workday
Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate HR strategies intorobust user-centric solutions
Driveengineering innovationby leveraging open-source tools and frameworks to enhance HR capabilities
Performtechnical impact assessmentsfor Workday feature releases and ensure timely updates across systems
Work closely withCybersecurityEnterprise Architecture andHR business teamsto maintain high standards ofdata integrityprivacy andcompliance
Own documentation of integrations configurations and technical architecture for ongoing transparency and knowledge sharing
Monitor system performance and leadroot-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
