Job Summary
PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage an Integrity partner is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to members of the Leadership and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide relevant and timely communication to various teams with regards to office updates meetings and scheduled events.
Prepare meeting agendas and power point presentations. Prepare meeting notes distribute and follow-up on action items from meetings.
Engage in regular social media interaction on behalf of PIPAC on various platforms.
Execute Integritys Spring Training and Game Time programs as well as assisting event committee with staff events.
Perform administrative aspects of agent training events including preparation of course materials and filing course registrations and continuing education credits.
Back-up administrative support to various departments including phone coverage agent supplies BeePro e-mail and other duties as assigned.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Associates degree and 3-5 years relevant office-related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computer programs and Microsoft Office applications.
Dependable highly organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
