The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness general repairs and custodial maintenance of the Service Center facilities. The Cleaning Technician ensures proper upkeep of all common areas including breakrooms parking lot restrooms etc. This role requires proficiency in chemical handling and experience with various cleaning equipment.
As a Forklift Operator with a strong emphasis on safety you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift to supply and retrieve pallets or materials from various departments within the plant. Your role involves making decisions to optimize material movement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the plant operations. Additionally you may be required to perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating and replacing liquefied-gas tanks on the forklift.
As a Maintenance-Only Repair Operator you will be responsible for the efficient execution of minor repairs on pallets ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. The primary focus will be on tasks such as nail removal board replacement and adding missing pieces to extend the lifespan and functionality of pallets. This role requires attention to detail manual dexterity and the ability to work independently while adhering to established repair guidelines.
The Pallet Repair Operator is responsible for the full assembly of pallets in a service center using a pneumatic nail gun to repair all components. This individual places a pallet on repair table removes defective boards replaces new boards and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
The Quality Control Auditor will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting pallets to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance regulations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality before they are provided to our customers. QC Auditor has a keen eye for detail critical thinking skills and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
The Sorter position is responsible for sorting pallets by hand for grading as they flow from the loading dock production line and throughout the facility. This position involves tandem sorting that requires high collaboration with other team members. May leverage hand tools to remove nails or debris from pallets.
