Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center (TVHC) is looking for a dynamic strategic and outcomes-driven Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help lead our next phase of growth and transformation. Your leadership will directly impact the strength of our teams our ability to execute and our continued reputation as a well-respected values-driven organization.
About Us: TVHCis a Federally Qualified Health Centerin the East Baywithtenprimary careclinics four school-based sites close to 400 employeesmultiple service lines and an operating budget of$ deeply mission-driven Community Health Center provides valuable healthcare services to 30000 patients in the community including some of the most vulnerable and marginalized populations withcomprehensiveservicesincludingmedical dental and behavioral healthyouth health services health educationand more.
Compensation: $200000 - $220000 annualized depending on experience.
TVHC offers compensation ranges that are determined by a thorough market-based analysis and are fully disclosed in accordance with California law. The pay for a selected candidate is determined by a variety of factors to ensure fair and equitable compensation. Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Business Administration Health Care Administration Business Management or related field required. Masters degree highly desired.
Minimum of eight (8) years of Human Resources experience.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a senior leadership position within health care and in the field of workforce development and strategic workforce planning.
