- Help us shape and strengthen the compliance framework and capability
- Base salary - $118K - $127K plus 14% superannuation
- Sydney Melbourne Canberra or Brisbane with Hybrid working available

Are you ready to support the streamlining simplification and automation of our enterprise-wide approach to compliance supporting the business to demonstrate compliance in a highly regulated industry
The Role & The Team
Reporting directly to the Compliance Lead you will work closely with the Risk Team and other key stakeholders to deliver improve and future-proof our enterprise compliance and assurance programs. Youll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of compliance data leveraging technology and analytics and supporting the business in managing obligations and providing assurance as well as keeping abreast of emerging regulation.

Are you a legally trained professional looking to apply your expertise beyond traditional practice Do you have a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation in compliance If youre ready to move beyond the letter of the law and help shape how its applied in practice in the ever-evolving Aviation sector we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have:
- Post-admission legal experience is a bonus ideally complemented by time spent in the private sector or in a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge or interest in administrative law compliance obligations regulatory frameworks or policy development.
- Sound understanding of controls and assurance.
- Tertiary qualification in Law Business Commerce Management or Information Management (or a related field).
- Excellent data and analytical skills ideally with exposure to compliance platforms such as ServiceNow or similar.
- Attention to detail outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- A collaborative and inquisitive mindset with a commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
