Job Description
About the Role:
Based at our London HQ this role supports the development optimization and documentation of manufacturing processes. As a Graduate Coordinator youll collaborate across departments to ensure efficient compliant and continuously improving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support technical and operational aspects of manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and batch documentation.
Collect and analyze data for process improvement and troubleshooting.
Coordinate change control documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support technology transfer process validation and data collection with manufacturing quality and CMOs.
Maintain and update process tracking systems and databases.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Provide administrative support for project management including scheduling reporting and milestone tracking.
Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Familiarity with ERP systems or document control platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Degree in Chemical Engineering Biotechnology Life Sciences or a related field.
Internship or placement experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
