At new:soul were on a mission to redefine self-care combining top-tier massage services with cutting-edge technology and a memorable brand experience. As part of our fast-growing team youll shape how we connect with customers partners and future talent through compelling visual design.
Your Role
As a Designer youll be a key part of our Marketing team collaborating closely with our People Ops and Social Media teams. Youll conceptualize and execute visual assets across both digital and physical touchpoints from social media visuals to in-studio signage.
Whether its customer-facing campaigns or employer branding initiatives youll help bring our brand to life and build consistency across every platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and develop digital and print design assets (social media ads web merch signage and more
- Support employer branding and internal comms in collaboration with the People team
- Design visual assets for our B2C marketing channels and in-studio experiences
- Contribute to UX/UI components in our digital ecosystem
- Work closely with the Ops team on signage and other operational design needs

- 3 years of professional experience in design
- Strong digital design background UX/UI experience is a plus
- Figma is your native language
- Great eye for aesthetics typography and pragmatic design
- Solid understanding of branding across multiple touchpoints
- Hands-on structured and quality-driven work style
- High-level German skills fluent in English
- Youre a team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Excited about working in a fast-paced office-first startup environment
