Job Title: DGO MS DNB Gynaecologist Consultant

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand medical histories and health concerns.
- Perform gynecological examinations and assessments to diagnose various conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care of patients undergoing surgeries.
- Participate in surgical procedures as needed with precision and skill.
- Provide emergency care and intervention in critical situations.
- Advise patients on reproductive health and wellness matters.
- Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records for each patient.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gynecology and womens health.
- Educate patients about procedures treatment options and preventive measures.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Attend and participate in medical conferences and seminars for professional growth.
- Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate care.
- Assist in the development of departmental protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- DGO MS or DNB qualification in Gynecology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Maharashtra.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of gynecology.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in patient management and follow-up care.
- Capability in performing surgical procedures.
- Familiarity with current healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
