Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging science curriculum for students at the TGT level.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and academic abilities.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Deliver interesting and interactive lessons to stimulate students interest in science.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching methods to ensure comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Encourage critical thinking and facilitate discussions among students.
- Integrate technology and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Promote a love for science and encourage students to explore scientific phenomena.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational strategies and share best practices.
- Support extracurricular activities that promote scientific inquiry.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in science education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
- Teaching degree or certification in Education . preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of science curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Experience with using technology in classroom settings.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and evaluation methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Passion for science education and a desire to inspire students.
- Familiarity with school policies and protocols.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and lesson delivery.
- Dedication to fostering a positive classroom environment.
