Responsibilities
- Design and implement engagement programs that enhance employee morale and workplace satisfaction.
- Organize company-wide events team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Helping onboarding team for ensuring smooth onboarding process for new joinee.
- Facilitate exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and reasons for leaving.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys focus groups and one-on-one discussions to measure engagement levels.
- Analyze engagement survey data and develop action plans to address key findings.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve employee experience.
- Be part of HR operations with team and support them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Work with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Partner with leadership and HR teams to create an inclusive supportive and positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
