Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engagement programs that enhance employee morale and workplace satisfaction.
  • Organize company-wide events team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Helping onboarding team for ensuring smooth onboarding process for new joinee.
  • Facilitate exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and reasons for leaving.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys focus groups and one-on-one discussions to measure engagement levels.
  • Analyze engagement survey data and develop action plans to address key findings.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve employee experience.
  • Be part of HR operations with team and support them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to create an inclusive supportive and positive workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.

Key Skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to design and execute engagement strategies with measurable impact.
  • Experience with HR systems survey tools and communication platforms.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
