Job Description
The Role
Location: Mumbai India or Bengaluru India (in-office)
We re looking for a Product Manager to join our Omni Channel Protocol product team. This team s mission is to build the infrastructure that enables real-time secure connectivity between enterprise finance teams and their global banking partners across a suite of trade finance and cash management products.
You ll be working on the products that power how our AI agents in enterprise finance teams interact with their banking partners to automate trade treasury and payment workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role collaborating with engineering implementation client success and external bank teams.
This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in trade and cash management products who understands the mechanics of bank connectivity and wants to help build scalable API-first infrastructure for the next generation of enterprise finance.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for bank connectivity across trade treasury and payments products.

Work directly with global and regional banks to implement and maintain connectivity for trade and treasury workflows.

Serve as the primary interface between product and engineering clarifying specifications prioritizing work and supporting technical decision-making.

Participate in UATs and internal testing to validate critical features.

Ensure infrastructure meets enterprise standards for reliability security and compliance.

Collaborate with sales and client operations teams to support bank onboarding and customer go-lives.

Maintain product documentation and ensure help content is up-to-date for clients and internal teams.
Requirements

Masters degree or Bachelor s in Business Administration with 4 years experience in a trade product cash management or transaction banking role at a commercial bank.

Strong grasp of trade finance workflows (LCs guarantees collections) and/or treasury and payments.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs with a track record of successfully building and integrating REST APIs.

Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and transaction banking APIs.

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Interest in building platform products that interact with AI-driven user experiences.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort working across bank and enterprise stakeholders.
