Job Description
Zen Business Solutions is hiring skilled and experienced professionals for various roles in Mauritius across the Garment Manufacturing Apparel Domestic Services and Industrial Canteen sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bulk meals for factory staff following the daily meal plan.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory; report shortages promptly.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure meal service is smooth and on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cooking large volumes of food.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in commercial kitchens.
- Ability to plan meal portions and manage cooking times.
- Flexibility efficiency and ability to work as part of a kitchen team.
