Job Title: Freelance Trainer Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) Database Administration
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on sessions on Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in database architecture performance tuning backup strategies and security best practices with the ability to guide learners through real-world administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training on MSSQL installation configuration and maintenance
Guide learners through backup & restore recovery models and disaster recovery planning
Demonstrate user and role management permissions and SQL Server Agent
Provide hands-on labs for indexing query optimization and performance tuning
Explain monitoring troubleshooting and log management techniques
Support learners with post-training Q&A and lab troubleshooting
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above)
Experience with T-SQL SSMS and SQL Server Agent
Knowledge of backup strategies recovery models and transaction log management
Familiarity with indexing query plans and performance tuning
Understanding of security models roles and auditing
Strong communication and instructional delivery skills
